KIIS Segovia, Spain Semester Program
This semester program takes place in Segovia, Spain (60 miles north of Madrid) each spring and provides an ideal setting for students to study Spanish language and culture. During the 13-week program, students take classes five days a week and participate in a number of group excursions, including visits to Madrid, Salamanca, Avila, and Toledo. Homestays (2-3 US students per family) greatly enrich the participants’ language skills and understanding of Spanish customs and traditions.
Please note: Students wishing to participate in the Segovia semester program must have at least 12 hours of college-level Spanish or the equivalent at time of participation.

- Experiencing Spanish Abroad: Exploring Dimensions of Contemporary Spain
- Spanish Civilization & Culture

- Topics: Spanish Art
- Advanced Oral Spanish: Conversation & On-site Cultural Workshop
- Advanced Studies in Spanish: Writing Workshop
