Selecting a Program
The Ball State Study Abroad Office offers many different program types. Each program listed among our portfolio is categorized as one of these six types. Each type has very different implications with regard to cost, credit transfer, on-site coordination, and so forth. Please familiarize yourself with these five types before choosing a program.

Program Search
On our program search page, you will be able to find programs by academic subject, semester, program type or country. There is even a map search feature. You can create your own application and save different programs to your profile by clicking on the “Start Now” button from any program page.

Program Deadlines
Have you found a program that fits your goals and needs and want to apply? If so, make sure to check out the campus application deadlines first.

Ready to Apply?
When you have selected a program, simply click on "Apply Now" to start the process. Use your Ball State username and password to log in.
