Study Abroad 101 Advising: The First Step to Study Abroad

Study Abroad 101 is your first advising session. You'll learn about differences between Ball State program types and how to weigh the many options. You will discover where to search for your best fit program and what to expect from the application process. We also provide a handout packet with details on financial aid, passports, deadlines, and next steps.

Once you've attended the 1-hour session you will be ready to start the search for a specific study abroad program. We'll give you access to the tools necessary to get started. After you select a program you will be assigned to a study abroad advisor for an individual meeting that covers your program's application process.
